Celebrate the magic of the harvest season with the Harvest Light Festival, an evening of community, creativity, and all things delightfully spooky. This seasonal celebration brings together spooky makers, local businesses, and guests for a unique autumn experience filled with connection, imagination, and a touch of enchantment.
First Street Flea Market
In partnership with Darling x Dashing Boutique, the festival will also feature small spooky vendors at the First Street Flea Market, showcasing unique handmade goods, artwork, curiosities, and creations from local spooky vendors.
Promenade of Spooky Ladies
The festivities begin with the Promenade of Spooky Ladies & Awards, a short, spirited walk starting at Maplewood Cemetery (located between Lexington Avenue, Maple Street, 8th Street and Kelly Avenue) and continuing down 8th Street NE to the Downtown Mall as we make our way to The Green Cauldron.
We will meet at 5:30pm at the Maplewood Cemetery (425 Maple Street Charlottesville, VA).
The walk will begin at 5:45pm. We will walk down 8th Street NE to E Market Street, crossing by the Pavillion to the downtown mall. From there we will walk down the mall to the Green Cauldron at 107 W Main Street.
The Promenade is a chance to show off your creativity, self-expression, and showcase the many ways we embrace our spooky side. Guests are encouraged to dress in their favorite spooky, witchy, or autumn-inspired attire as we make our way to the Green Cauldron to award the winners of the most bewitching ensemble award, the cauldrons choice award, and Virginia Cryptid award.

After the promenade, continue the evening with a special screening of The Witches of Eastwick.
